Temp ⁄ £25,000-£30,000 plus package

Aligned to divisions within the head office of this fast moving business, this vacancy is a fantastic opportunity for experienced candidates.This role will provide comprehensive ER support across the organisation for manufacturing, distribution and head office functions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide 'first line' advice to line managers on all HR related queries.
• Work with managers and provide guidance on issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, poor performance, and capability
• Coaching of line managers in a range of HR issues
• Manage own case work and identify risk and cost implication and articulate these when providing advice to managers
• Manage change including restructures and potential redundancies
• Able to assess and recognise ambiguous situations and flex policies to deal with these situations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced HR advisor used to working in a fast paced commercial environment. Used to supporting blue collar and corporate functions, and highly experienced at managing a broad range of ER issues. Ideally with a HR degree and/or CIPD qualification you will have excellent employment law knowledge.
