QHSE Assistant

A growing service company in Aberdeen are looking for a Part-Time QHSE Assistant to join their team in Aberdeen. This role has been created to give support to the QHSE Coordinator. The key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Assist with the development and implementation of QHSE Management system
• Assist with the review and implementation of QHSE documentation (e.g. procedures, forms, risk assessments, COSHH assessments)
• Assistance with controlling QHSE documentation to ensure only up to date information is always available to all users
• Assist with the review of QHSE registers (e.g. legislation register, MSDS/COSHH register, Risk Assessment)
• Assist with the implementation of CPI Process - initiating, registering, reviewing corrective and preventive actions
• Assist with implementation of QHSE plan
• Assist with internal QHSE audits and inspections, when required

Who we're looking for
The successful QHSE Assistant who will be based in Aberdeen on a Part-Time basis should be a team player. This company are a dynamic and growing service company, who require someone who is hard working and gets on well with other. The following skills are desirable for this position:
• 2-3 years QHSE experience<BR>• NEBOSH Certificate
• Risk Assessment Training, CoSHH Assessor Training
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental Legislation
• Experience working with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
• Good Communication Skills
