I'm looking for a highly motivated area managers to help with my clients ambitious expansion plans. You will need to be capable of fitting in with an upbeat culture, taking ownership for your own results and helping practices continue to be recognised for their outstanding care and service.

Who we're looking for
The role will centre on the operational support of our partners in their surgeries and is field based.
• You will have a track record of success either in multi site leadership or a background in either healthcare or retail
• You will be used to making commercial decisions, always with the client in mind.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
• You will be a self-starter, able to manage projects to successful closure and work with minimal supervision.
• You must be willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary.
• A flexible working week will include some evenings and weekends.
• An understanding of what motivates people, how to build teams, business economics and financials are essential.

What's on offer
Basic salary of up to £40,000 plus car and package
