Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for all employee relations including absence, disciplinary, grievances, maternity and paternity. You will also be tasked with up skilling line managers through coaching and learning and development,in some cases designing and delivering your own materials. You will also be expected to take a more strategic, pro-active approach, working closely with the senior management team to look at talent and succession planning, performance management, appraisals and aligning the HR strategy with the overall business plan.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have worked recently in a role that has offered a good balance between strategic and operational HR at a managerial level.
You must be prepared to deal with your own admin as there will be no extra resources.
There will be regional travel so you must be flexible to travel and have a full , clean driving licence.
