Interim Redeployment Manager

The Redeployment Manager is responsible for taking the lead in managing work on any redeployment resulting from restructuresand for managing the HR aspects of organisational mergers (internal and involving external organizations) and outsourcing exercises involving TUPE or COSOP (Cabinet Office Statement of Practice). The postholder will develop, deliver and maintain a fair, transparent and business focused approach that meets the needs of all stakeholder groups. They will also be responsible for leading on managing any redundancy programmes across the business, and for ensuring that the Employee Relations (ER) team achieves its objectives and work plan in these areas.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience of redeployment, TUPE, COSOP, redundancies and organisational mergers preferably within the Civil Service.
