•The senior facilities manager will;
• Set up SLAsand KPIs during a re-tender process of current contractors
• Procure and negotiate new contracts then manage and review them once established
• Manage the helpdesk team and escalation process
• Monitor performance in accordance with CAFM system in place

Who we're looking for
Applicants for this position should have;
• An understanding of FM procedures in line with re-active maintenance response
• Experience of setting up FM contracts and monitoring them in line with KPIs and SLAs
• Experience in multisite operations
• P&L responsibility for large contract values
