Reporting into the MD the purpose of this role is to drive the agency's output from initial brief and its creative casting through to final delivery whilst ensuring that it is produced effectively and as efficiently as possible. Key to this is all jobs are on budget and working closely with the ECD to ensure the highest creative standard possible. This also includes all COS purchasing, internal trafficking and general management of the Production Department.
Your remit will also include:
• Central to the agency to link and communicate between Creative Department, Account Teams, Planners and Project Managers.
• Lead on cross network resource and opportunities including organisation and agreement between offices.
• Responsible for purchase and management of all the agencies COS except media.
• Manage and implement supplier contract and formulised SLAs.
• Planning, scheduling and trafficking of creative, artwork, planning and digital on daily basis.
• Undertake and as agreed with MD to support business requirements of the agency along with carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the MD.
• Implementation and monitoring of internal trafficking system
• Auditing and reporting of internal time on all jobs to ensure time spent on projects reflects the internal quote and subsequent invoice to client.
• Full management of the agencies IT budget & liaison with the studio manager ensuring all kit is kept up to acceptable industry standard
• Implementation and overseeing of menu costings
• General policing of all agency systems to ensure adherence in all departments
• Support and deputise for the Creative Director in their absence.
• Research of latest production techniques and products and sharing this with the agency as a whole
• Direct line management for production and artwork departments dealing with problems and resource issues.
• Where required be available in client facing situations.
• Organising & managing bespoke projects as required (exhibitions etc)
