Based in Darlington you will need to have full working knowledge of the service, inspection and certification compliance requirements of healthcare units and all of its major plant and equipment.
To support the service, inspection and certification regime of a large portfolio to adhere to all aspects of legal, regulatory, health and safety and codes of best practice compliance of its buildings, major plant and equipment
To support the performance management and continual review of service and maintenance agreements To administer service level agreements with our external service and maintenance contractors, ensuring the performance of the contractors and protection of the business
To work as a key part of the in-house help desk support service to all properties, which ensures prescribed PPM and reactive attendance by contractors, to all major plant and equipment, as required to maintain business continuity
To work as a key part of a robust internal and external system for escalation of all contractor site attendance if and as required. Dealing with reports, quotations, recommendations, requirements, etc, on a technical level to ensure compliance and offer safe and best value solutions at all time
Who we're looking for
Based in Darlington, ideal candidates for this role should have:
• Building Services Qualification, Mechanical and Electrical Qualifications or Hard Services Facilities Management Qualification • Technical knowledge of all major plant and equipment within a healthcare • Multi Site Hard Services Facilities Management • Management and administration of service level agreements • Management of multi discipline M&E contractors • Healthcare experience or transferrable skills from another industry • Cost Planning and Budgeting • Good CAFM system experience and understanding • Good IT skills • Full clean driving license
