Account / Operations Manager - North East.
This is a rare opportunity to take the operational lead on a brand new seven year contract yet to be mobilised. Having secured the total maintenance contract worth C£16million per annum, you will manage a large team and deliver responsive repairs, planned maintenance, voids, cyclical and investment works and enhanced upgrades to heating systems including solar PV. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will have full P&L responsibility and will take the lead in building and maintaining a productive client relationship.

Who we're looking for
The successful Account / Operations Manager will have a demonstrable track record of operating at a senior level within the maintenance industry. Experience in the housing sector is preferable, and experience of running multiple streams of works (including responsive repairs) is a must. You will have previously had full P&L control over a sizeable budget.
