The team are responsible for providing technical expertise to our clients whilst driving our successful pricing strategy within the business, with a focus on our market leading Home and Motor portfolios.
Key accountabilities will include: -Supporting in the development of underwriting, pricing and product management strategies across UK Personal Lines -Direct the collation of information, analysis and commentary and make subsequent recommendations in relation to pricing, underwriting and product changes -Working closely with internal stakeholders with regard to tenders, projects and product initiatives, gaining buy-in from the relevant parties -Coaching and supporting Pricing Analysts

Who we're looking for
Personal Lines Pricing is a challenging and busy environment; therefore it is essential that you offer demonstrable experience of pricing and underwriting business within the Personal Lines market. You will have excellent numerical and analytical skills and the ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of varying levels within our business.
Other essential attributes include: - Able to achieve effective results in a demanding environment - Strong project management and presentation skills - Ability to produce innovative solutions - Strong commercial focus
You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent, with professional Cii qualifications being a distinct advantage.
