PFI Facilities Manager

This role is the Facilities Manager within a educational PFI contract in South London with one of the UK's major service provider. You will lead the delivery of hard and soft services on this contract through a team of supervisors and contractors.
You will liaise on a day to day basis with the head teachers on site on all operational issues and co-ordinate the team accordingly to deal with any such issues.

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this position, you will:
- Have a strong understanding of the PFI sector, ideally within the education sector.
- Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of outsourced FM deliver, with both hard and soft services.
- Hold the IOSH and NEBOSH certificates and show an understanding of the implication of HSE within FM delivery.
- Understand the importance of successful client relationships in order to promote a profitable business partnership.
- Live within, or have the ability to relocate to South London.
