Reporting into the Director for the Healthcare side of the business you will be focussing on winning £10m plus outsourcing projects which are likely to include a range of different services including middle and back office services as well as some front line services. This is a new venture for the company and so the final service offering is still being shaped. There is potential to form joint ventures as they are likely to bid as a consortium for schemes with the NHS and trusts.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate with need to have previous bid experience with the health service on similar schemes and have the flexibility to travel around the UK. This is a new business unit within a large organisation and so you will need to have the motivation and entrepreneurial spirit to help shape the bids and help design the solution. A proven track record of outsourcing bid success is a huge advantage and a knowledge of the health sector is essential.

What's on offer
£60,000 - £70,000 basic, plus car, health, pension and bonus
