As a Customer Service Manager you will be working in a sales environment overseeing the daily operation of the customer service team to ensure all customer communications and orders are processed and handled professionally and promptly. This role will take ownership of the service level for the company.

Who we're looking for
You will have at least 5 years experience as a Customer Service Manager managing and developing a team.

As Customer Service Manager it is essential you will have dealt with ecommerce sales, have successfully ran crm programmes and have closely managed/worked with a telesales team.

You will have strong people skills, good computer skills with MS Office suite and possess a sense or urgency to work successfully within a pressured deadline environment.

Knowledge/appreciation of the rural market is desirable

You will be based in Leicestershire
