The plot conveyancer position requires an individual to begin in May 2012, and will involve handling plot conveyancing (including shared equity and Firstbuy transactions) and part exchange house purchases and re-sales.

Who we're looking for
This role will suit an individual with previous working knowledge of residential conveyancing practice and procedure. Experience in handling plot sales for a house builder is not essential but will be an advantage. Additionally, you will be expected to be self sufficient, working without secretarial support. Please note the level of experience advertised is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
