As a Partner in Development you will initially undergo a training programme which will enable you to take responsibility of a store and enjoy high levels of autonomy. Working with retail colleagues as well as optical professionals, your influencing and commercialism will be put to the test. Upon the successful conclusion of this training period, the next step is to acquire a share in your own store as a "Partner" where you will therefore be empowered to run your own business.

Who we're looking for
You will have enthusiasm and determination to grow your career with a well established, blue-chip business in a Store Management position. You will be experienced in: • People Management • P&L accountability • Quality Customer Service
You will have successful track record in the businesses you have managed. Preference will be given to those who have had management experience in blue-chip retailers. Personality is everything!
You will ultimately be required to invest in to your own store when the training period is successfully completed. The minimum investment is expected to be in the region of £30,000 for a new start-up store, but may be significantly more if you go on to buy into an existing business.
