Area Manager -National - Wales, South West , Midlands, Bedfordshire, East Anglia, Yorkshire, North West ,North East , Scotland. This role is in the fast-paced world of retail, you will be managing the performance of up to 10 stores in andNational - Wales, South West , Midlands, Bedfordshire, East Anglia, Yorkshire, North West ,North East , Scotland . You will be responsible for driving the business across key KPIs, customer service and shop standards and driving new business initiatives.

Who we're looking for
You will already be in a multi-site role, within a fast-paced business. Experience of an "assisted sales environment" is required.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of improving your stores' performance through developing your managers to lead and inspire their staff. You have excellent administrative and organisational skills and you 'run a a tight ship' with regard to operational compliance.

You will, above all, be keen to improve yourself and to make an impact in a challenging and evolving market.
