The Estate Services team is responsible for delivering a high quality grounds maintenance, caretaking, cleaning and window cleaning service to properties throughout the West Midlands.They are looking for an individual to join an expanding team to manage the delivery and development of the Estate Services function, leading a large team of operatives across the midlands.

Utilising your exceptional management, communication and organisational skills to facilitate an effective relationship with housing management as well as your ability to deliver services within budgets, you will strive to maximise the full potential of the midlands estate function. Proven experience in the management of a similar service along with the ability to evaluate and deliver on going service improvements is essential.

Who we're looking for
Extensive experience of managing regional/multi-site soft FM services and estates is a MUST. You will need to manage people, budgets and finances together with an ability to plan and organise. You will use your own initiative, have extensive knowledge of Estates Operations covering either grounds maintenance, cleaning or caretaking services.
