As the Team Manager, your overall responsibility for the area's success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring team and individual targets, whilst making sure company policies and procedures are adhered to. Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock. To achieve this, you will be expected to manage people, processes and systems, making sure productivity targets are met and maintained.
