A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to oversee a diverse multi-site warehouse based near Swindon.
Managing thewarehouse operation, you will be responsible for all warehouse matters including the following;

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately40 operatives in a multi-site operation
• Manage all matters concerning the picking and packing operation in the warehouse.
• Monitor and champion Health & Safety
• Set, monitor and review warehouse KPI's (e.g.. pick accuracy and productivity, service levels and inventory control).
• Liaising closely with transport and planning departments to ensure product is available to customer at all times
• Ensure all customer service level agreements are met and report any issues directly to the Operations Manager

Who we're looking for
Must have demonstrated good exposure to multi site environment
Must be able to deliver continuous improvement within warehousing. They must also be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of managing a manual pick, FMCG /automotive environment.
Successful applicants will also posses;
• A strong will to succeed, evidenced by a strong track record of KPI achievement and process improvement.
• Have excellent communication and decision-making skills, reflected in your reviews and feedback
• Be passionate about logistics and people development
• Have a good approach to working and an understanding of theautomotive sector
