An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional or National Manager to take on the role of Retail Manager within this business. This role is a hands on people focused leadership position, with a focus on driving sales through understanding the commercial drivers of the business. A day in the life of your role will include: • Leading your team of sales people from the front, demonstrating an outstanding level of customer care • Monitoring sales and stock sell through rates, ensuring best sellers are always available • Creating and executing development plans for your team members and working with them to ensure their are meeting their goals • Liaising with key contacts from other teams both in Head Office and in store • Ensuring VM standards are met across the board
Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced Regional or National Manager.To be considered for this role, you will have a love of people management and have a proven track record in this area. Throughout your time as a senior retail manager, you will have been exposed to performance management, wage budgets and costings and taking control of inventory for your stores. You are a passionate and driven individual who is looking for a role which is different to your last one and will give you the opportunity to grow and develop in the next stage of your career. Your team love working for you and share your high levels of energy! Experience of managing multi site is preferable.
