My client is a customer and market research agency, providing innovative and client focused research solutions. They have built up a sizeable and varied client base, across a range of industries, including FMCG and Retail.
Due to the expanding nature of the business, an opportunity has arisen to manage a new office based in Liverpool. This is a key role, which will lead and support the achievement of the business's ambitious growth targets and which will be responsible for managing customer accounts and end to end research projects.

Who we're looking for
• Research agency experience of at least 3 - 5 years.
• A strong understanding of and proven experience in quantitative research techniques and statistical analysis techniques would be an advantage.
• Experience in managing client accounts face to face.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering quantitative questionnaires
• Confidence in writing and pricing research proposals and tenders.
• Confidence in designing qualitative discussion and interview guides.
• Moderation and presentation skills.
• Competent end-to-end project management skills, with experience of MS Project an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• Demonstrates creativity, innovation and a desire to improve processes
• Experience in any industry sectors - although specialism or experience in FMCG would be of interest.
