This is a broad CFO role working closely with the CEO and Managing Directors assisting with commercial decision making and driving cost management. Reporting to the CEO you will be able to provide a commercial financial view on client contracts and target acquisitions and managing risk the business is exposed to. You will lead the team who are responsible for day to day finance, reporting for the UK and European entities up to US parent under the relevant regulatory requirements, US GAAP and NASDAQ listed regulations, client billing, cost control and management information.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong financial and commercial leadership skills and the ability to hold a broad CFO role. You will be able to demonstrate:
• Sound knowledge of UK and US GAAP, SOX and US Software Revenue Recognition rules
• IT industry knowledge from both a products and services background
• Commercial contracts negotiation, legal implications and management as well as corporate governance
• Cost management for IT infrastructure including internal systems, networks and security.
• Acquisition targets, negotiating trade purchases and integrating new companies into the existing business in the UK and Europe.
