The team advises on a wide range of UK and international corporate and commercial transactions for a diverse client base including FTSE 100 companies, large financial institutions, AIM companies, private equity investors, management teams and family-owned businesses.

The team's work covers the following streams:

-Quoted companies (both transactional and advisory)
-M&A
-Private equity
-General corporate advisory work

Who we're looking for
The firm requires corporate lawyers who are looking for a wide-ranging role, with ambition to contribute to the team and to work closely with the partners, assistants and trainees. Candidates must also demonstrate willingness to take an active role in the group's business development and know how development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and be pragmatic, motivated, dedicated and able to work as part of a team. They should be able to demonstrate "hands on" experience across a wide range of corporate work and a genuine interest in the work and clients that they have been involved with.
