Fashion Regional Business Manager

The Regional Manager will report into the Retail Director and be accountable for maximizing the profit potential for the Region by creating opportunities and achieving the business KPI's. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate that they have operated at Regional Manager or a senior Area Manager level running a business with a turnover in excess of £15m and/or comprised of 18-25 stores. If you are looking to progress into a role that will provide you with the opportunity to influence our retail strategy, develop your store managers into successful business managers and build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with key business functions this could be for you.

The role of a Regional Business Manager will consist of:

* Managing an approximate turnover of £20 million
* Managing 15-20 stores
* Developing, implementing and reviewing an effective Regional strategy
* Monitoring and controlling KPI's
* Presenting to the board regular business reviews to maximise your Region's potential
* Developing annual budgets and forecasts
* Utilising your external network to enhance your personal development
* Leading your Regional team in regards to effecting the retail vision
* Developing and succession planning your staff
* Championing and empowering business change
* Managing upwards in terms of influencing and making an impact

You will report directly into the Retail Director and will be expected to be pro-active in the field but also develop your Region strategically.
In terms of patch, your Region will encompass the following stores:

-Lincoln
-Chesterfield
-Mansfield
-Nottingham
-Derby
-Burton
-Hemel Hempstead
-High Wycombe
-Leicester
-Peterborough
-Banbury
-Northampton
-Oxford
-Milton Keynes
-Watford
-Ipswich
-Bedford
-Cambridge
-Kings Lynn
-Norwich
-Luton
-St Albans

Previous exposure in a fashion brand that is known for assisted selling and high service levels would be ideal however candidates who have a fashion and non-fashion background will still be considered. You will need to get to the above stores and also be able to travel to regular meetings in Head Office, Whyteleafe.
