Responsibilities:
• Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
• Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
• Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
• Maintain and update project status
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones.
• Directs and oversees project resources and manages conflicts.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
• Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
• Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
• Develop Requests for Proposals for external services.
• Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.

Who we're looking for

Must have:

• IT Project Management qualification or accreditation or equivalent
•Project management or IT Management background.
• Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills.
•Comfortable managing complex critical applications with a complex architecture and distributed footprint.
• Conscientious with the ability to focus on attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised and good time management skills
• Ability to follow and apply strict guidelines and processes.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as individually.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor Degree in a Computing related discipline or equivalent
• ITIL Certification: Practitioner Level.
• ITIL Certification: Configuration Management
