Due to growth within the department an opportunity has arisen to lead one of our Customer Development teams. You must have the ability to create and implement innovative and profitable range and display solutions for all channels, and to develop and manage customer and brand focused trade communication for the Product Business Unit.
Working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams you will provide them with guidelines for promotion of the Product Business Unit and hold the ability to create a consumer led space segmentation strategy to deliver increased availability for the PBU SKUs.
Who we're looking for
An outstanding Customer Development Manager who has the creativity, drive and leadership to make things happen and who has the business acumen and insight to identify opportunities that will drive increased display visibility and impact at key occasions. You will love a challenge and have a proven commercial experience in Customer Marketing or Category Development. You will have the desire to take ownership and create relationships that exist beyond the buyer. You will have exceptional communication and strong sales and presentation skills and the ability to influence a variety of key stakeholders. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and be unwilling to take no for an answer. We are looking for an FMCG candidate, from an established business, that has a proven track record in breakthrough customer projects.
