This organisation is one of a few truly global consumer product groups and boasts a track record of growth that would be the envy of the majority of the FTSE 250. With over 200 brands sold across nearly the same number of geographies it occupies a leading position in a significant proportion of those markets and consistently invests to further develop its reach.
However, this organisation does not yet occupy the leading position in the UK, which is one of the world's biggest and most valuable markets, and has therefore set out an ambitious and exciting 3-year plan to substantially grow its market share.
Principal accountabilities for this role are to develop and implement brand activities to ensure objectives are achieved. You will work with Trade Marketing in the preparation of engagement programs and cycle plan activities to ensure brand strategies are effectively executed and evaluated at field level.
Who we're looking for
This is a development role for someone who has the talent, attitude and drive to become a successful brand manager within a 12-18 month timeline. This role requires a strong self starter, who enjoys the challenges of getting things done in what can be a pressured environment.
Whilst candidates must display some relevant experience more importance will be placed on the ability to demonstrate a successful track record and be able to think and operate in a commercial manner with a level of ownership and accountability. Therefore, whilst a background within the FMCG or related sectors if preferable, uniquely, other industry backgrounds where Consumers are at the heart of the business will genuinely be considered.
If you would like to join a truly world-class business and be part of shaping its future in the UK, then please get in touch.
