Who we're looking for
Our clientis currently seeking a number of outstanding junior to mid level corporate finance lawyers to jointheir team. If you have an excellent academic history and are able to demonstrate a real desire to develop a career in a broader public/private M&A/corporate finance practice, then we would be happy to hear from you.

You can demonstrate proven experience in Corporate M&A work gained at a City Firm, or at an overseas common law practice with a similar highly regarded profile. At the more junior level, experience of listed company work is not essential, though it may be helpful. The more senior you are, the more you will have specific (preferably high-value) corporate finance experience along with experience of transaction organisation and management.
Lawyers at all levels must have excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.
