In order to deliver the continued expansion of our retail estate the company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee new build and major acquisition developments in Scotland.

Reporting directly to the Property Divisional Manager in England, this is a crucial role within the national property development team. You will work alongside 3 other project managers already undertaking this role in England and Wales, all dedicated to new build and major acquisition developments.

You will work hand-in-hand with our regional acquisitions manager in Scotland, managing schemes from inception through to completion, overseeing multi-disciplined external consultants.

Who we're looking for
Candidates will have experience of project managing a rolling programme of new build projects, acquisitions and major developments, ideally with a retail or leisure business.

You will be able to demonstrate excellence in leading and directing teams of outsourced service providers as well as outstanding commitment and innovation in this role.

Ideally professionally qualified, you will have the communication skills to be able to work closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure schemes are delivered on time and to budget.
