The Employment team advises on all employment issues including:

• appointment and severance of senior executives
• outsourcing of services
• discrimination and equal opportunities
• new and proposed employment legislation
• downsizing and dismissals
• protecting confidentiality and goodwill
• employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, TUPE
• collective disputes and industrial action
• works councils and trade unions.

This team prides itself on the variety of work it offers it's associates. Associates work on both contentious and non-contentious issues, and have the opportunity to work on a pan-European or global basis for clients who are looking toour clientto act as their single legal advisor

Who we're looking for
We are currently seeking an outstanding mid-level Employment Lawyer with relevant post qualification experience to join our team. You will have worked at one of the recognised employment practices in the City or in a leading national firm specialising in employment law.
