A Trust Relationship Manager (TRM) is responsible for the efficient and profitable administration of a number of trusts and companies. On average, a TRM will oversee 100 to 120 such entities on behalf of approximately 50 different clients of the Private Bank which would generate US$ 500,000 or more in revenue for the corporation. A TRM is expected to meet the goals of the team and contribute towards delivering a top service quality level to clients. In addition, a TRM is expected to provide administrative, technical, product and client related support to Relationship Managers of the Private Bank.
Who we're looking for
Technical Skills
Fundamental knowledge in the following areas:
- Trust law, company law and administrative practice - Investment instruments and credit concept - Banking products and how they are used in the overall management and administration of wealth
Basic understanding and working knowledge of accounting concepts and their applications
Analytical Skills
- Understanding and analysis of trust and corporate documentation - Determination of best course of action of usual transactions, occurrences and events in accordance with general legal and administrative requirements - Identification and anticipation of risks occurring in the day to day administration - Analysis and evaluation of basic investment summaries, accounting statements, banking and banking products related documentation - Mathematical calculations for fee calculation and in determining entitlements pursuant to legal documents and trust administrative practice
Qualifications
- A degree or professional qualification in Law, Business, Accounting and related background - experience working in Trust, Banking, Legal and Commercial related areas - Fluent English. Other languages beneficial.
