Group Internal Audit plays an integral part in the successful running of the organisation. Taking a proactive approach working across the divisions and businesses of the Group, Group Internal Audit?s role is to provide assurance to the Audit Committee and to senior executives that the key business risks have been identified and effective controls are in place to manage them. Additionally, the function helps management to understand the risks and threats to their business to enable them to make calculated decisions that balance risk and reward.

Group Internal Audit works to cutting edge professional audit practices, constantly monitoring and measuring the value the function adds to the organisation. Given the nature of internal audit work and the geographic spread of the function we can offer a unique opportunity to see aspects of the global operations of the Group that would not ordinarily be available to most staff.

We currently have a number of positions at Auditor and Senior Auditor level within our London and Edinburgh offices. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
• Treasury and capital markets
• Credit
• Structured Finance
• Insurance
• IT
• Internal Audit Quality Assurance
• Accounting
• General Banking Operations
