You will be responsible for supervising a team that deal with the Unit Trust and OIECs systems and processes within the department.
Main Duties include:
• Ensuring the Service Level Agreements are carried out.
• Internal controls completed and documented.
• Work is checked in with internal procedures.
• Ensure escalation procedures are applied.
• Ensure business related projects are are effectively managed.
• Ensure all teams are managed and coached to guidelines.
• Other duties as required.
Who we're looking for
You will need excellent knowledge of Unit Trust and OEIC Operations and Regulations. You will need the have passed you FSA IAQ and it is preferred that your elective paper was Unit Trust. You will have some supervisory experience of up to 4 people.
