Our client is seeking to recruit a SeniorManager to join their executive compensation and employee reward team. Projects are wide-ranging in size and it is likely that you will deal with a number concurrently. You will also be involved in marketing and supervision of more junior staff.

Who we're looking for
It is expected that you will proven technical skills gained from a previous compensation and benefits role. You will ideally come from a consulting or in-house position and will have either a HR or tax based background. You will be professional, hardworking and diligent. Technical competence is essential.
