The Real Estate Group is one of the fastest growing, sector-focused groups within our company in the UK. The Real Estate Solutions practice (RES) is recognised in the industry as a market leading consulting Practice advising high profile public & private sector clients on major property and construction consulting assignments. With a high calibre team of professionals encompassing chartered surveyors to chartered engineers and qualified accountants, RES sits within the Corporate Finance division.
Due to sustained growth, the team is looking to hire a number of newly/recently qualified consultants to advise key global clients on a range of technical areas across the sector. The roles offer an outstanding opportunity to operate at the leading edge of real estate consulting through exposure to a variety of technical areas and client assignments including:
• Advising on every aspect of the costs, value and risks associated with occupied property portfolios
• Developing and implementing innovative land and property transactions including financial analysis and deal structuring
• Advising the diverse range of stakeholders involved in the strategy, funding and implementation of capital projects
Who we're looking for
• Strong degree (minimum 2:1) with proven academics throughout
• qualified in a related Real Estate professional qualification • Real Estate sector experience, gained through a construction or property discipline within one of the key industry players or a professional services firm
• Strong track record of success in career to date demonstrated through proven technical, commercial and interpersonal skills
• A passion to pursue a varied career in the Real Estate sector with one of the fastest growing teams
