Supporting and contributing to the overall aims of the Corporate Finance Team. Day to day duties and ad-hoc assignments to include:
•Assisting in Transactions
•Research
•Financial analysis
•Financial modelling
•Preparation of presentations, reports on transactions such as disposals and acquisitions, MBOs, financial restructuring, and fund raising.
•Providing a high level of client confidentiality and professional service.

4.Has an understanding of corporate finance processes
5.Able to work effectively on their own
6.Competent with various software packages ? Word, Excel and PowerPoint
