The Physical Asset Management Group advises major private and public sector organisations on the planning, procurement, maintenance and management in use of real estate, physical infrastructure, plant and mobile assets to improve operational performance, support business transformation, reduce risk and maximise shareholder value.
This vacancy is for Consultants with a focus on Corporate Real Estate.
Who we're looking for
A corporate real estate professional with work experience in a real estate intensive environment such as the property department in a blue chip organisation or a large public sector organisation, a property company, or a real estate-focused advisory organisation.
Personal achievement in one or more of the following:
- Corporate real estate or property management;
- Corporate real estate advisory work; and
- Facilities management.
Experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Developing physical asset management strategy;
- Planning and procuring real estate solutions (including PPP);
- Line management responsibility for corporate real estate, facilities management or the associated supply chain;
- Undertaking organisational and process design for corporate real estate;
- Outsourcing of real estate assets or related services;
- A track record of operational performance improvement, cost reduction and/or business change; and
- Implementation or exploitation of real estate management information systems.
Candidates should have:
- Evidence of rapid career development and increasing responsibilities;
- adaptability to develop further in a multi-disciplinary environment;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- Strong analytical skills and good commercial awareness;
- Experience in dealing with difficult or complex client relationship
