The Physical Asset Management Group advises major private and public sector organisations on the planning, procurement, maintenance and management in use of real estate, plant, physical infrastructure and mobile assets to improve operational performance, support business transformation, reduce risk and maximise shareholder value.
This vacancy is for Consultants with a focus on Facilities Management

Who we're looking for
A facilities management or corporate real estate professional with experience in a real estate intensive environment such as the property department in a blue chip organisation or a large public sector organisation, a facilities management supplier or a relevant technical or management consultancy.
Personal achievement in one or more of the following:
- Corporate facilities management;
- Supply side management of facilities management delivery; and
- Corporate real estate or property management.
Experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Developing physical asset management strategy;
- Planning and procuring facilities management solutions (including PPP);
- Line management responsibility for corporate real estate, facilities management or the associated supply chain;
- Undertaking organisational and process design for facilities management;
- Outsourcing of facilities management services;
- A track record of operational performance improvement, cost reduction and/or business change; and
- Implementation or exploitation of facilities management information systems.
Candidates should have:
- Evidence of rapid career development and increasing responsibilities;
- Adaptability to develop further , multi-disciplinary environment;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- Strong analytical skills and good commercial awareness

About our client
Excellent "A" levels, or demonstrated equivalent.
Excellent first degree (1st or 2:1) in a relevant technical or commercial subject.
Ideally, a professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as surveying or engineering (e.g. MRICS, CEng).
A further degree such as an MBA is desirable, though not essential.
