Our client is looking to recruit and experienced professional to head up M&A tax. You will be tasked with developing the group, generating and executing new business and working closely with the other tax groups.
Who we're looking for
Experience:
Preferably a senior manager or director in an M&A tax group of a Big 4 firm who is frustrated in their current position, and is looking to spread their wings and show how good they are in a new, less bureaucratic, freer environment that rewards performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum either UK CTA (ATII) or UK ACA qualified
• Should presently be in UK practice at a senior level (senior tax manager upwards)
• Minimum 10 years tax experience
