• Manage the design and build of the rules that drive real time decisioning for all areas.
• Optimise use of insights, analyses, reporting and knowledge of P&L strategies to maximise effectiveness of real time strategies.
• Manage the delivery of new and required data items into the real time decision server.
• Manage the virtual Vision team members, ensuring consistent communication and management of the rules/processes driving Vision.
• Review reports/strategies driving Vision and update/make recommendations to the business to drive maximum efficiency.
• Achieve a return on investment in keeping with Vision business case.
• Deliver rollout on time and within budget and resource capability.
• Develop relationships with Product Marketing to ensure up to date product information available and included within strategies ? including further targeting of offers.

• Able to effectively present, engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Good commercial acumen ? able to understand analytical information and translate into business strategies.
• Strong organisational and project planning/management skills.
• Effective people manager.
• Strong communication and liaison skills to be able to work across many different areas.
• An understanding of, but not ownership, of key business drivers.
