You will be involved in the preparation of Accountant's Reports for aleading player in the property management sector. In addition, you will be assisting the manager with aspects of her role and overseeing and supervising the work of others both within the team and those brought in from our general Business Assurance team to assist with the work during busy periods.
The work is largely office based although occasional travel to, and overnight stays in, London will be required. However, your ability to work in a environment where there will be significant time pressure to meet our KPIs and the clients deadlines will be important.
Full training will be given and the successful candidate will benefit fromour client'smarket leading people development proposition. A good opportunity exists for the individual to progress within the firm as this niche business develops.
Who we're looking for
• You will be self motivated, able to work to tight deadlines and show you have experience in doing so.
• You will need excellent interpersonal skills, an ability and interest in understanding the client's business and will be confident in client facing situations.
• Qualified or qualified by experience, you are likely to have had significance experience in an accounting / auditing environment through employment with a larger firm.
•Our clientwill consider those with an accounting background gained outside the profession where the candidate has experience of working in either the property management sector or in an environment that involves working with a large number of entities and meeting regular deadlines.
