My client is a well established company operating in the occupied social housing maintenance and refurbishment sector. With an increased release of work the team is becoming increasingly busy and several Commercial Managers are needed to join the team.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be from a social housing reactive maintenance background. You will be working for a main contractor on reactive maintenance MTC's up to and beyond £3m p.a. in value. You will be able to look after a team of surveying staff and help in the development of members of the team. You must be able to take contracts through final account and hand over.
