This role is to manage a £0.5m portfolio of clients which range from Sole Traders to businesses with turnovers of £40k. The clients portfolio is heavily based in the Property industry sector. The role will mainly focus on managing a team and building relationships with existing clients. However, if you can add an element of business development, this would be an advantage.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an open and sociable individual who can operate effectively within the property sector. You will have experience of both accounts preparation and audit work.
About our client
This is a 3 partner firm with a strong history of both tax planning, and accounts/audit work in the property sector. There are c35 people within the business, and the growth rate remains strong at 10-15% year on year. The culture of the business is rooted in a relaxed atmosphere and the belief that a positive working environment is key to a successful business.
