Corporate pensions consulting has become a key growth area for consulting firms in recent months. Our client is seeking to attract a senior individual to build, develop and manage a new team of skilled specialists to advise Board directors of Fortune 500 companies on a range of pension issues including the funding gap. This is a very important and newly created role that encapsulates a wide skill set. Therefore our client is prepared to pay what it takes to bring the right individual on board.
Who we're looking for
You will be from an accountancy background and ideally be an ACA. You will have significant experience of UK corporate pensions schemes most likely from an insolvency point of view. In addition you will possess the following characteristics:
• High profile in your field
• Strong networking and business development skills
• Excellent delivery and client management skills
• Attention to detail
• Enjoy working alongside actuaries
It is likely that you will be currently be working in one of the following places:
• Partner or Director in a pensions group of another professional services organisation
• The pensions regulator
• A leading rating agency
• Within a large corporate operating in a treasury function with significant pensions exposure

What's on offer
Indicative base salary to £200,000 is on offer plus significant bonus potential. However, our client will not be put off by salaries in excess of these figures
