Contracts Manager/Surveyor

Contracts Manager required to control multiple projects ranging between £500k and £4m across the South East. You will be joining the Design & Build team and be looking after a variety of projects across commercial and public sector clients.

Who we're looking for
• Relevant construction experience with a successful track record as a Contracts Manager/Surveyor in the design & build sector
• Good at delivering projects on time within budget
• Must be self sufficient and confident with good communication skills
• Responsible for setting up the job, programming, management, costs, estimates, budgets, variations, procurement/payment, final accounts and financial control
• Good surveying background with sound management capability
• Computer literate
• Good ambassador, polished client facing skills
