This top 100 commercial law firm is looking for solicitors to join its expanding team of 12 in acting exclusively for mortgage lenders and banks in relation to their contentious matters. The ideal candidate will be tasked with handling defended and sensitive reputational cases based on Etridge style claims, breach of contract/mandate, fraud, arrears disputes, and professional negligence.
Who we're looking for
A solicitor, Ideally experienced in acting for banks and mortgage lenders in contentious matters
Should be from a top 100 law firm, with contentious commercial experience.
Should have a working knowledge of land registry practice and procedure
Should have previously acted for plc's on panel arrangements to appreciate the rigours that go with this territory
Be outgoing and good with clients on all levels
Keen and enthusiastic to learn and form good relationships with clients.
Willing to go that "extra mile"
