We are currently looking for an experienced trade mark lawyer or attorney, to take on a key role within our leading Rights Practice. Candidates will be considered from either private practice or in-house.
Who we're looking for
Our aim is to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic, driven but team oriented individual who can demonstrate through past experience and from interview that he/she has a strong commercial and client led approach to their work.
Core work includes search and clearance for new marks, UK, CTM, and Madrid filings, other national filings globally via the firm's international associates, reviewing trade mark and design portfolios, dealing with registry objections, oppositions, revocations, coexistence agreements together with corporate and litigation support services.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle a significant prosecution workload. Although we are offering an existing workload, stronger candidates will have some following and the opportunity to develop his/her own workload in a professional yet friendly working environment.
