Who we're looking for
With the continued growth of G1Group there is a need for people to join them at an operations manager level reporting directly into the Director of Operations. For this senior role you need to have current multi-site experience in the license trade. With an ability to prioritise, focus on standards and service across a diverse range of units you will be looking for a company which challenges and stretches your skills. The ideal candidate will have managed a number of larger venues with a good food/wet split.
Locations of G1 Group units are across the central belt, and from Dundee to Aberdeen. Someone with flexibility across Scotland is ideal.
