An opportunity has arisen within the Employer Consulting and Opportunities (ECO) practice of this firm's Bristol office for an Assistant Manager to specialise in fiscal valuations. ECO team forms part of the wider Employer Solutions practice and focuses specifically on providing expert advice and support to the firm's clients regarding the implications and planning involved with all aspects of remuneration planning for employers. Clients range from very large corporations through to smaller fast-growing businesses - quoted and private companies.
The successful candidate will be based in the Bristol office but will work closely with the firm's Fiscal Valuations group (fvg) based in Nottingham. This would involve an initial three month secondment to the fvg to gain hands-on experience and training with the national fiscal valuations group. Following this, it is envisaged that close links will be maintained with fvg in relation to to quality assurance, risk management and personal development.
Who we're looking for
Chartered accountant, or equivalent qualification or experience;
Ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff);
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
Team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload;
Able to take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems;
Ability to exercise appropriate level of judgement.
