Tax Manager

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have the scope to develop the tax resources and capabilities of the company.

Key responsibilities:
•Corporate Tax planning and structuring.
•Oversight of tax compliance and reporting.
•VAT planning.
•Transfer pricing.
•Oversight of taxation issues relating to the underlying funds.

Who we're looking for
•CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
•Senior Manager/Manager within the Big 4 or equivalent level within financial services.
•Ability to take the initiative and make a positive contribution to the business.
•Financial services sector experience is required with exposure to asset management issues highly advantageous.
